Carruthers SUB / EUB Upright Electric Bass
Electric upright bass made by John Carruthers, master luthier and custom guitar maker to some of the most influential guitarists and bassists playing today.
This is one of the very first SUBs John made (he said maybe the second one) and is over 20 years old.
Piezzo bridge pickup plus EMG P Bass style active pickups at the neck which are adjustable.
4 controls, 1 each for Piezzo Volume, EMG Volume, Treble and Bass.
There is some cracking in the finish around the tail block. It does not appear to be a structural problem as it's very solid. I'll touch it up and do a setup before it leaves the shop.
Includes chest rest (belly bar) and very durable soft case.

Custom Fretless P - J Bass with EMG pickups and Badass II bridge
Classic styling with a combination of Precision and Jazz pickups setup.
No markings on the neck and the only markings on the body is a date mark of 1994 in the neck (heel) cavity. Standard clover tuning keys. 2 Volume 1 Tone. Badass II bridge.
